implied 90 rule
if the implied 90 rule be used to locate a feature of size, can you also imply 180 degree orientation when features are shown as such on a print? this seems like a pretty easy answer but those are sometimes the ones i'm wrong about.

yes, if you don't specify an angle the angle is implied to mean 90 or 180 deg respectivly.
