How to get the diameter symbol?

Yanhua,

The DTYPE is RADIUS_TYPE.  Use a typeindex of 2 for the upper segment as in your example (typeindex of 3 for the lower segment).  A typeindex of 1 will return the diameter symbol from the top line ( 1X dia 15 0.01 / 0.01), the size tolerance.



GetText(…) will return one of the following:

DIAMETER

SPHERICAL DIAMETER

PLANAR ZONE
