Reviewed.  This isn't optimized in any way.  Perhaps it would be of use to use sequence numbers so we can check whether the features have changed or not since the last time the alignment was created.

REVIEWED.  Its odd to me that the code was written the way is was.  Since once the object's alignment is created it is never recomputed.  So the math would only be correct on the first execution.

This has been fixed in V3.6 and V4.0.  See lines commented with  PR219093 in do_math() and create_internal_alignment() of DIM_PROF.CPP
