Look at the end of the attached program. After dimensioning a profile for Form Only, customer dimensions the same profile for Form Only and finds a different Measured value. When program is executed, this value changes to the initial executed value. It this caused by the Best Fit option?

Trying this in our V37 beta, this appears to me to have been fixed, as every time I create the surface profile with the best fit option, it gives me the correct value.  I can't recreate the situation with your dimension.  Also, if I toggle the USE FIT option in the dimension in question, and then set it back, it is recalculating it correctly.  So it appears fixed to me here.

However, I also tried this in V4.0, since there have been several additions to the profile dimension in V4.0.  If I open up a profile dimension dialog, select SCN1, and Least Squares fit, and hit Create, I initially get a number that is far off.  Then, if I create another dimension exactly the same, I get a different number, and if I do it a third time, I get another number.  Although this seems related to the original problem here, it isn't the same.  I've tracked this to do_math_FCF_profile_surface, which Don Turcotte was working on, so I'd like Don to look at this part.
