Two problems were corrected:

1.  The summary mode edit window was incorrect when there were multiple features.  The axes for all the features and the datum were not displayed correctly.

2.  When editing the tolerance values for the datum (size tolerances) in the edit window, the axes lists of all the features referencing this datum were not updated.  This is the source of the problem cited in this PR.

Fixed in V43B, V44B.
