updated lpsolve.lib and lpsolve55.dll in 4.3B recently

I updated lpsolve.lib and lpsolve55.dll in 4.3B recently, but the settings didn’t change. I’m not sure what the installer expects, though. As far as I know there haven’t been any problems with 4.3B itself.

I'm fixing the missingbuttons on the EULA, and I'm working with Dan to add the new lpsolve dll's to the install set.  I'm not sure what's wrong with the Dimanalysis control though.

v44b was also missing the EULA button today. I was able to get past that by simply pressing ENTER. Of course the rest of v44b promptly died on me when trying to access a part program, but that's another story...
