Line or Surface Profile Dimension / Advance tab - should show datum features used in FCF

When using either Surface or Line profile dimensioning and a datum is set to MMC, under the Advanced tab, the bottom True Position should be showing the datum feature and give ability to change parameters, noms, and tol. For a Surface Profile, lists the feature set, not the datum feature, but shows the parameters for the datum. When dimensioning Line Profile with datum at MMC, True Position window shows nothing.

I have fixed this in V41B, V42, V43B.  There is still a problem editing the datum size tols on the advanced page of the dialog.  This is only a problem when you F9 on an existing feature control frame command and not when the command is first created.  You can always edit the datum size tols in the edit window in command mode or summary mode.  I have traced the problem of editing in the dialog to PR240910 which has broken the dialog editing so I have reopened this PR.

I have this working so you can set the size tols for the datum in the advanced page of the dialog.  You can now edit the size tols in the edit window in command mode or summary mode.  I also fixed an issue I found with the datum fitting for line profiles when a datum is at material condition.  

Still to do: cannot edit the size tols of the datum from the advanced page of the dialog.

Mike Wilson has asked about getting this fixed so I have raised the priority to Critical.  I fixed the code so that the axes list is displayed on the Advanced tab for line profile.  Editing existing values does not work from the dialog, but does work from the edit window in command mode.  Also, the axes list is not shown for either line or surface profile in the edit window summary mode.  I am still working on these other issues.
