What dimensions will differ when the flag UseISOCalculations is switched in the settings editor?

For V44B, we have linked the UseISOCalculations to the dialog selection for "GD&T Standard".  When the user selects ISO1101, the material conditions are "blank", MMC, LMC.  Otherwise they are "blank", RFS, MMC, LMC.  Where "blank" and RFS mean the same thing.

currently only profile.
For formandlocation, UseISOCalculations true will report 2 times the max deviation since this is how ISO1101 defines profile.  When false, formandlocation reports max-min.
For formonly, UseISOCalculations true reports max-min without taking into consideration the size of features.  UseISOCalculations false takes the size of the feature into consideration.
