V44 Dimension/GDT Tests:   When I try to dimension profile of a circle, I get an error referring to an alignment which is not in the program any longer.

Steps to reproduce:
I am testing some dimensioning in v4.4b.  Earlier, I had added an alignment (A4 I believe) to test some angle issue, but I've since deleted it.  I've even closed and re-opened the program a couple of times since then.
I place the cursor at the end of the program and select Insert - Dimension - Profile Line and select a circle feature from the dialog (i.e. CIR6).
I get an error indicating "Error in A4".

The error message for A4 comes from the internal best fit alignment that the profile dimension is creating to do formonly profile and not from any alignment that the user has created. I have fixed two things here:
1.  Set the id on the internal best fit alignment to an empty string so if an error occurs PC-DMIS will display the generic "Bestfit 2D alignment" message since any id on the internal alignment is meaningless to the user.
2.  The source of the error is that the fit type is set to VECTOR and the dim profile is setting the constraint on the internal alignment to eROTANDTRANS (no constraint).  With a VECTOR fit, the constraint should be set to eROTONLY when the considered feature is a prismatic feature.  This error would occur even with a best fit alignment created by the user on the CIR6 with VECTOR and ROTANDTRANS selected.  I made this change for both line (bestfit 2d) and surface (bestfit 3d) profile.
