Void Detection is not working for Auto Round Slot
Steps to reproduce:
1) import .cad file
2) import  .ip
Results:
Round Slot is with inner property when the measured Round Slot is with outer  property.
Expected Results:
Identify whether Round Slot is with inner or outer property via void detection.
