rebar bars bonded to masonry structure
hilti produces a chemical grout (e.g. hit-hy 150) which is able to bond the new steel bars to the existing concrete. however, this product is applicable to concrete structure, does any body there is manufacture has a similar chemical grout for masonry structure?

the product you are referencing may also work well for a masonry with different lengths involved.
what kind of a masonry structure (type of units, type of construction, strength of units and grout?)
hilti should be able to provide some technical support that you could apply to existing engineered masonry standards, research and general information.
a correct assumption would be that any grout in the masonry is the same strength as the masonry units, but some mis-informed person may have specified a high strength grout.

hilti has products specifically designed for masonry. check out the hy 20 epoxy. basically as long as you can find tested values for masonry construction, you can use the product for masonry. your application has to match or fall within the range of the anchor test parameters used to arrive at the strength values and other properties.
otherwise you're guessing (not good). do not use concrete test values with masonry. masonry is not as strong as cast-in-place concrete where anchors are concerned.
the problem i have is masonry abutments which is supporting an masonry bridge. i am going to demolish the arch ring and keep the the abutments which are deigned to support a new railway bridge. the abutment is 1.8m wide and is required to resist a very high horiz force so the force in the anchors or rebars is very high.....
hy 20 seems not to strong enough.........any alternative??
additional information:
each metre strip of the abutment is required to reist a 120 knm bm (not factored yet)...
your hilti hit system should work with proper detail. i assume you are using sound solid masonry. you should talk to your local hilti representative.
