reference recommendation for concrete
hey -- i'm looking for a two things
1. a concrete book or reference that shows detailing of reinforcing in different structures - constructability advantages/disadvantages would be a plus
2. a book with detailed retaining wall design for all different types of retaining walls.
thanks for any help with this
