reusable concrete wall forms
i am looking for someone with experience in designing reusable wall forms for pouring concrete walls.  i need to determine if the design that i have come up with will be strong enough for the pressures involved.  i need an engineer to ok the plans for ohsa requirements.  these forms are to be used for our own use, not for resale or rent.

other than shoring, osha has no mandatory requirements for formwork. see osha 1926.703 and appendix 1926.703 (non-mandatory). formwork should conform to ansi a10.9-1983.
"shoring must be designed by an engineer qualified in structural design". sub-part osha 1926.703 (......)
my understanding is that of erv posted above.  for shoring in excavations over a certain depth an engineer is required to review and/or design the shoring.  i have never known osha to govern form design.
what is the material of construction of the forms?  what is your whaler and/or stiff back spacing.  re
i would suggest you get a copy of the aci's "formwork for concrete" by mary hurd.  it covers all the steps in formwork design and has many useful tables.  there are a lot of variations on reusable forms from plywood systems, panel systems to gang form systems.  a lot depends on what you are forming and how repeditive the job is.
nice reference jheidt2543.
also check out the reinforced concrete design text by limbrunner and speigel.  this is one of the few reinforced concrete texts that deals with the subject of formwork that i know of.
