seismic and wind loads in guinea
can anyone give me a hand or lead me to a place that can supply local siesmic and wind data for guinea africa that can be used in determining forces per asce 7 2002 for wind and ibc 2003 for seismic? thanks
according ot us army corps of engineers technical instructions ti 809-04 "seismic design for buildings" table 3-3 on p. 3-13 for guinea bissau ss = 0.31 and s1 = 0.14.
