usgs hazards program
usgs has posted a java program to determine seismic parameters (ss s1 fa fv etc etc) for ibc2000/2003/2006 using the appropriate maps. it also (at long last) will look up data for the usgs 2002 maps (ibc 2006) based in zipcode!
