位置度评价
为什么三座标在评价位置度时会有很大的误差?
凡事感激,超越平庸!
你说得太笼统,cmm在评价位置度时应该是很有优势的。你应该检查一下程序、评价的过程及基准的选择等。如果有可能,阐述的具体点。

因测量机的电脑不能上网,我无法把它贴上来,若复制效果不太理想,我不晓得还有什么办法把它展示出来,以请大家帮我解决此问题.

1. 建议你不要使用中文界面,因为没有任何一款软件是用中文编写的,对于较为复杂的工件尤其是有cad模型的测量,尽量不要使用中文界面,减少系统的负荷提高运算速度。
2. 在评价位置度的时候,选择基准的顺序非常重要,它决定了系统运算的依据,通常第一基准应该是一个平面,而且这个平面应当经过精加工;第二、三基准确定角向(第二基准确定原点)。特别要注意,检测的基准必须和加工的基准必须是一致的,或者至少应当有明确的关系。这些在老外的图纸上就做得不错:不论基准符号是a、b、c、d或者c、b、a、d也好,需要评价位置度的特征处,通常都是按照上述顺序要求的。
3. 你可以在location中用a和r通过计算来验证一下位置度运算的结果。

1.我们公司是一外资企业,所有的图纸全部是由老外绘制给我们的,有好也有弊,很多无关紧要没有意义的尺寸全部都有标出来.在基准选择上也是根据图纸的要求,通常他们要求的形位公差评价会同时有几个基准,或是复合位置度.

可问题是如果所有的软件都存在这种问题,必须用它原来的语言程序运行的话,那它的译文版又有什么意义呢!
4.对于测量圆,孔的直径,测量机应该是很有优势的.
只是不明白在评价特征时会有这样大的弱点,特别是同轴度.
我们公司的那些大头头们就是因为相信三坐标测量机的形位评价功能才下决心发大价钱买回来,要是他们知道这个弱势,真不知他们会作何感想!

haiyan:对不起,前两天很忙,没时间上来。我看了一下你的程序,因为没有图形,很不好理解,不过,我觉得程序中还是有不能理解之处。
在评价位置度时,标称值应该是你主坐标下的理论值,而测定值是零件的实测值,而位置度其实就是理论值与实测值的比较然后再减去公差。你检查一下标称值是否有误。
