where can i get a good drawing requirments manual that covers asme y14.5m-1994?
check out our whitepaper library.
genium publishing produces a very good one.  for a subscription fee you get updates and web access (which goes into depth on gd&t issues), or you can pay once for the current manual.

   why not just get asme y14.5m-1994?  
   get the information first hand.  the standard is as readable as any textbook i have ever seen.
