Profile FCFs need a way to be able to specify form only or form and location.

The actual FCF for profile does not have a way to specify the form only or form and location option, but instead is specified in the ASME standard by placing another curve and another tolerance, with leader arrows adjacent to the nominal curve, representing the location of the plus/minus curve. So the profile FCF needs a way to specify this.
We determined that we need to add to the FCF dialog a combo box for form only and form and location. In addition, it needs 2 edit boxes to enter in the plus/minus tolerances. The combination of the tolerances must not exceed the tolerance in the FCF. So if the plus/minus are edited, they must be checked. If the main tolerance is edited, the plus/minus must be changed so plus+minus=main tolerance.
These new resources will be placed on the first tab of the FCF dialog.

Implemented in Dim_prof.cpp serialization() as schema 2124 in V4.0 and schema 3010 in V4.1. Extra checks in V4.1 to handle both V4.0 and V4.1 schemas.
