PR 243040 Tolerances for datums not available in Advanced page of Line Profile

Customer was creating a profile dimension for several points on the edge of a part.  The print call for MMC on two  of the datums and she is able to specify condition on the datums.  When she creates a Surface Profile she can enter tolerances for the two datums, but when it is a Line Profile she cannot.
