An additional change here to Dim_prof.cpp is that when working with the lower tier of a composite profile, translations should not be constrained.  This is different than the lower tier of two single-segment profiles.

I have this working now for selecting datums on the lower segment of a composite.  I also found problems in the edit window which was not showing the material condition on the datums for profile dimensions.  Also, the trihedron was not displayed in the graphics window for profile dimensions.  Remaining issue is that the lower segment is not shown in the edit window summary mode (command mode ok).

This is working correctly now as far as the analysis is concerned.  There is still a problem in selecting datums for the lower tier of a composite.  I can select datums ok, but if I select "no datum" (which is [X]), this does not update correctly in the dialog as not having a datum.

Modified textonly.rtp to output lower tier table.  Looks like the code is actually setting this up correctly.  Also making changes to Dim_prof.cpp do_math to use the upper tier bestfit datum reference frame when fitting the lower tier profile.
