GD&T Form only analysys avanced tab parameter "Best fit algorithm" not considered

Make a  GD&T Form only analysys .
goto avanced tab,
set  parameter Bestfit algorithm to any method
for exemple Vector.
the Label in report display dummy informations like Meansquare about Zplus, even if the profile is in Xplus and vector were selected in GD&T dialog.
I have the explanation !
The previous values used in the old profile dimension
are used in the Gd&T.
For example switch to old dimensions make the profile only with
min/max and Xplus.
Then goto new GD&T whatever you select in the avanced tab bestfit combo. the previous one will be used.

I have added the workplane selection to the advanced tab of the fcf dialog (where appropriate) and fixed other problems related to the selection of the bestfit type.
Fixed in V42 beta and V43B.
Files DIM_PROF.CPP and DIMPROFD.CPP were already correct in V43B.

Some of the problems causing this were fixed by Task 102651 (Add Iterative Profile tolerance per Zimmer's specifications).  There are additional problems.  Among these, the FCF advanced tab dialog does not include the Workplane combobox so the user cannot set the workplane for the 2D bestfit.  This requires a change to the resource.rc file.
