upon receiving my asce 7-02, i carelessly discarded my asce 7-98.  no excuse!
would anyone consider emailing asce 7-98 section 6.0 wind loads, to me at,
just a buy another copy... do not be a cheap engineer man. you are asking to copy right infringement! professional engineers should not engage in such activity. the book is less than $100 for asce
