enr article stirs up designers
apparently, the agc has issued a new set of contract documents for use in the construction industry. a description of the documents (and specifically those involved in creating them) can be found here:
i had read the article in enr and it certainly seemed to say everyone but the architect's were on board. glad to see this clarified. i wonder if the letter will actually make the magazine.

it seems that enr (engineering news record) should be renamed to cnr as they seem to be catering a lot more to contractors than to engineers...
i have read enr since 1987 and there is no doubt it is a magazine for contractors. i read it for the articles.
