How to active or enable CAN_USE_MCDATUMA for true position? Could you have a document to record these can_use_tolerance_specification?

Could you help me to create a part program V4.4B with a true position which includes all parameters (datum, material condition, tolerance, etc.)?

CAN_USE_MCDATUMA will return true when DATUMA (Primary datum) is a feature of size.  Material conditions (MMC or LMC) can be applied only to features of size.  I have attached a V42B test program.
