This is a problem only in V44B.

Advanced tab of FCF axis list is blank when creating a new true position FCF

Steps to reproduce:
Load attached program
Insert | Dimensions | True Position (FCF)
Select CIR1
Goto Advanced tab

Results:
Axis list is blank and disabled

Expected Results:
Show axis list for selected feature.

This is only a problem when creating a new FCF.  Editing an existing FCF is ok.  I am comparing V43B to V44B to try to figure out what has changed since V43B works ok when creating or editing an FCF.
