From conference call with Mike:
User does not want DF axis generated in legacy Tp if Auto is unchecked, but axes (X,Y) are checked, feature is at RFS and some (to be determined) registry setting says no DF axis.

I have implemented a new registry setting "Option\LegacyTPatRFSnoDF" which defaults to false so the DF axis will always be generated by default.  When this setting is true (1) and the "Auto" checkbox on the legacy TP dialog is not checked and the considered feature(s) is at RFS, the DF axis is not generated.  I have made these changes only in V44B.  I am still testing and will upload tomorrow.
