Program from V41 which has corrupted FCFs causes serialization error when loaded in V42 beta.

Loading the attached program get serialization errors on composite true position FCFs so none of them are loaded.  These FCFs were corrupted by version V41 but since they cannot be loaded, the user has no opportunity to fix them.  The first part of the program loads ok.
Steps to reproduce:
Load attached program.
Results:
Get serialization errors on composite true position FCFs so they don't load.
Expected Results:
Load corrupted FCFs without serialization errors so user has opportunity to fix them (just need to F9 and press ok to recreate internal commands and they will be ok).

I tested this in v42R (4/11/08) build and it opens without a problem.  I also tested it in v43r from 4/11, and again it is not a problem.  In neither case do I get serialization errors when loading the program.
