insulated precast panel reuse
i'm in the schematic phase of a warehouse expansion. the existing exterior walls are non-load bearing insulated precast panels. it has been suggested to relocate the panels from the existing structure, at the tie-in, to the exterior wall of the new structure. there are elevation differences that i can account for with concrete knee walls. there will also be a slight slope difference in the roof. my thought is that it will be difficult to reuse existing top tie back locations. i am thinking that post installed tie backs would be required at most locations.
has anyone ever seen this done successfully? any advice or other pitfalls to watch out for?

i have reused existing insulated hollowcore precast wall panels for a building expansion before. these panels were designed and fabricated by spancrete so it was easy to consult and coordinate with them for the relocation.
one caution is to make sure the panels still meet the latest building code (wind, seismic, etc.). i would set my new steel elevations so that i could reuse the existing roof to panel connections without having to modify them. i do not like the idea of post installed anchors unless they are in solid concrete.
thanks jike, i had the same concern with the post installed anchors. the structure is only 10 years old, so it looks like my best bet would probabaly be to track down the orginial manufacturer.
