For per unit flatness, the reason for that dtype and typeindex are different when call get_data function to get line2 and line3 tolerance.
1) in summary mode,
LINE2_PLUSTOL(typeindex = 0) and LINE3_PLUSTOL(typeindex = 0).
2) in reporting mode
LINE2_PLUSTOL(typeindex = 1 & 2)
