dimension colour bar question

We have the following problem with version 3.7MR3 tolerancing (please see the attached report): if I have the Y negative BUT the T `in tolerance` I still get the RED colour of my dimension. (red is defined as out of tolerance negative).
Is it possible to display the colour taking into consideration only T? How?
