Changing reference ID in summary mode doesn't update the dimension for flatness dimension

In the automated test EditWindowVerifyDataSummaryMode, the following steps don't produce what they should...
Open the attached part program.  Go to summary mode in the edit window.  Select the dimension FLAT1, a flatness dimension.  Open up the Settings folder of the dimension.  Edit the Reference Id <1>.  Change it from PLANE2 to plane1.  If I keep it lower case letters I can see that even though it appears to accept the text, it never converts it to upper case, and it never updates the dimension text ... It still has "FLAT1 = Dimension Flatness : PLANE2".  It should update it to use PLANE1.  The other dimensions appear to accept this.
I'm not sure if this happens in V4.2 or not, because the text in V4.2 didn't have the feature name in the text of the dimension title, so the test never caught it.  But in V4.3 the dimension items can't be selected without having the exact text, so the rest of this dimension can't be included in the summary mode test.  As far as I can tell, all other dimensions are updating this fine.

I have fixed this in V44B, but I had to debug this in V43B to find the problem since loading the program in V44B causes a crash.  I have filed 256591 about the crash.
The source of this problem was a simple coding error in CPCDdim_flatness::InitializeDTypeInformation(...)

I've run this test again using V4.2 MR2, and notice that this same problem exists there as well.  I don't think it is high enough priority to fix it there, but thought I should note it as well.
