storage rack - lateral load
does anyone have a straight forward method of calculating the lateral load caused by piping? i have a small 16" vertical 'dog leg' restraining several layers of 2" pipe; is there an equivalent 'hydrostatic' lateral pressure load to apply to determine the moment?
