button images in command customize window
i have an add-in i've written w/ several buttons and a menu. everything works great, except for one minor annoyance i wouldn't mind fixing.
the toolbar button images exist and work properly as do the menu images. however, if i right click on the menu bar and go to customize->commands and click on the toolbar i've created (the main toolbar image works too), i get 7 blank and very small buttons.
if i hover over a button it correctly gives me the tooltip, and if i drag one to the toolbar it shows it correctly on the toolbar.
i'm not sure what i need to do to display those buttons properly in this particular window... any ideas?
thx,
eric
are the images lying over network. if yes, then it can be because of network failure. i too get this kind of error sometimes with my macro toolbar. the images will go blank but after few minutes they are ok.

no... that's not it. everything is copied local as necessary via the login script. the toolbar images are ok... it's only on the customize toolbar screen i get very small, blank buttons... but once you drag them to a toolbar then they display ok on the toolbar.

i have the same problem! i was looking for a fix awhile back, but no luck.
please, does anyone have the answer? i'm curious if its missing code. in the addin code, there is code to add buttons to the pull-down menu. is there code that needs to be added to add buttons to the customize menu also?

eric, can you upload your solidworks setting file and all the images to look at the settings of the toolbar you have made.
