list system options
does anyone know if you can print a list of your system options and document properties?
thanks
check out our whitepaper library.
do you really need a print? what is it's purpose?
i don't know of a single click method. you could do a series of screen captures of each page, or you could also use the copy settings wizard to create a .reg file which could then be printed via notepad.
are you looking for a list of the settings themselves, or also their current values?

i'm looking at having a list of the settings with their current values.
this will help us quickly check that systems on different sites and contractors we use all have their machines set the same.
one of the reasons the copy settings wizard exists is to create a file which can be imported to other machines.
copy settings wizard can just copy system settings. tool bars, short cuts etc would be left alone but i believe it would change template, toolbox etc locations so that might be a draw back.

i use copy settings wizard on all new installs. saves tons of time.

quote (sw help):
copy settings wizard
the copy settings wizard saves, restores, and propagates system settings to users, computers, or profiles.
when you select options for the solidworks software, those settings are saved in a registry file, and the software recognizes the settings from one release of solidworks to the next. for most users, no action is necessary to maintain their settings. however, you can use the copy settings wizard to distribute settings.
you can save or restore system settings for:
