Paste with Pattern non-functioning in Summary Mode

If the Edit Window is in Summary Mode, Paste with Pattern doesn't work.  The error message "An attempt was made to access an unmaed file past its end." appears.  The only thing done is a copy of the first feature (same name) and an alignment command with nothing in it.
