'Tolerance Zone Multipler'  field in Edit Dimension Color  is displayed '0' even if I previously set it as '1'

Steps to reproduce:
Open 'Edit Dimension Color' dialog
Change 'Tolerance Zone Multiplier' setting  value 1
Click OK.
Dimension Color Bar is correctly upgraded, but if I reopen again
'Edit Dimension Color' dialog,  I see the warning message " Please enter  an integer between 1 and 2415919103" , and now 'Tolerance Zone Multiplier ' field is 0

Looking in the dialog code (dimcolors.cpp), I saw this is an  issue related to  float- UINT conversion for member variables m_multiple_of_tol and m_MultipleTolZone .
Wenfan, since you recently reworked it per task 102676, please may you double-check ? Thanks

PR246245 - I have a question about 'Tolerance Zone Multiplier' , can we input decimal fraction? In V44B, the variable was defined as int.
[9:43:52 PM] Donald Turcotte says: This is something that Wenfan implemented so you should speak with him for more details.  I think it is sufficient that the Tolerance Zone Multiplier is an int.
