261371 - AUDI WZB - If display precision on 1 decimal places, we cut of the tolerance of 0.04mm to 0.00 mm.

Hi Tim,
If customer uses a display precision of 1 decimal place and insert in the dimension dialog a tolerance of 0.04mm (<0.05), we cut of the tolerance to 0.0000mm. This means, that a deviation of 0.01mm is shown out of tolerance. It's only working, if the tolerance insert in the edit window.
I attached example pp, probes, aviclip
Steps to duplicate:
1. Open attached pp
2. set display precision to 1
3. open dimension dialog
4. put a tolerance of 0.04mm
5. press okay
6. change display precision to 3
Results:
We don't save the tolerance of 0.04 mm. We cut of the tolerance to 0.000mm
Expected Results:
We must save the tolerance in the background. Like in the AF Dialog. Otherwise the user get out of tolerance values, which are not there

I have fixed the issue with F9 on existing location dimension.  The dialog now shows the plus/minus tol with full precision regardless of the DISPLAYPRECISION setting.

Hi Don!
I verified today and I would say it`s to 90 % fixed.
At first: setting a Tolerance of 0.04mm in the dimension dialog is working with one decimal place. Fine and Thanks also to Don.
But:
If I reopen the Dialog with F9, we show only a tolerance of 0mm. If I click then ok, we overwrite the tolerance in the pp with 0mm. This can occurse errors, when customers wants to change something with F9. For example he wants to add other axis in the dimension.
So, I don't know: should I file a new report for this? If yes , you can close this PR. The customer's expected results are, that we save the tolerance with all decimal places also in the dialog.

This is only a problem when entering the tolerance in the dialog and the Display Precision is less than the precision of the tolerance values being entered. The workaround is to create the dimensions with the Display Precision temporarily set to the precision of the tolerances being entered. After all the Location dimensions have been created, then go back and set the Display Precision to the value desired for display.
I have fixed this in V44B but cannot upload because this PR is not Stop Release.
