I have uploaded the change for the new registry setting to V432 and V44B.  I have tested this with both versions.
In the process, I noticed that the change for 258766 was never merged into V432.  It is only in V44B. "Don't generate legacy tp DF axis if Auto not selected, feature is at RFS, and registry setting says no DF"

I have implemented a new registry setting Option\LegacyTPatRFSnoBonus to control whether or not the Bonus column is reported when a Legacy TP is at RFS and all datums (if any) are at RFS.  By default this is FALSE (0) so Bonus column is reported.  To suppress the Bonus column, set this TRUE (1).  Also works with FCF TP when using text mode reporting (templates have their own mechanism for turning off columns).
I have not uploaded since this PR is not Stop Release.

1.  In V44B, #258766 added a registry setting to omit the DF axis when creating a legacy true position dimension.  This also deletes the DF axis from the report.
  'new registry setting "Option\LegacyTPatRFSnoDF" which defaults to false so the DF axis will always be generated by default.  When this setting is true (1) and the "Auto" checkbox on the legacy TP dialog is not checked and the considered feature(s) is at RFS, the DF axis is not generated.  I have made these changes only in V44B'
2.  In V42 MR3, V43 MR2, V44B, when you uncheck the DF axis on the advanced tab of a true position FCF, the DF axis is omitted from the report (template and old style text mode reports).  The state of this check box is remembered as successive true position FCFs are created.
3.  There is no way in the old style text reports to delete the Bonus column.
