From 3.7 to 4.2 RN form dimension is lost in True position (legacy TP:  RN in report doesn't show graphic)

I created a program in V37 with a tp with RN axis.  I then loaded this program in V42 beta and V42RC and the RN axis was still in the report and also the edit window.  The only problem that I noticed was that the label report did not include the linear graphic for the RN axis (which it does in V37).   I have fixed this in V42 beta and V43B.
I have attached my test program.
