DF axis on FCF advanced page always has "Update feature nominals" checked

From mtg with Rob:
The DF axis on the FCF advanced page always has "Update feature nominals" checked.  If you uncheck this, then the next time you display the FCF advanced page, it is checked again.  The state is not remembered.
