When try to create Angularity tolerance on polygon feature, get a crash from PCDIMS V4.4B.

When try to create Angularity tolerance on polygon feature, get a crash from PCDIMS V4.4B.
Steps to reproduce:
1) open FCF.PRG
2) create Angularity dimension
3) select polygon as measured feature
4) Click Create button
Results:
get a crash from PCDIMS V4.4B.
Expected Results:
I found that polygon is added into feature list for angularity, is this right?
PCDIMS V4.4B works normally.

Since this works for legacy angularity, it should also work for FCF's. I found that Circles also cause a crash with FCF angularity. The problem here is that polygons and circles are 2D features and CXactMinimization:oOrientation assumes there will be 2 endpoints when the XACT_ORIENTATION_TYPE is XACT_ORIENTATION_CYLINDRICAL (which is the case here). This needs to be fixed.

Is polygon added into selected features into feature list for angularity dimension? I can't find polygon (angularity) in your GDT ANSI 14.5 document.
