Tolerance in Primary Dimension is always shown as 0 in Edit Summary window

The tolerance valey in the primary dimension of a FCF is always shown as a 0 in the edit window.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached PP.
2) Expand the D1-0 FCF in the edit window
3) Select Primary DImension - Tolerance and enter a new value.


Results:
Value displayed in the graphic window FCF is changed while the value in the edit window remains 0.

Expected Results:
Value in the edit window should be updated.

This was a problem only in the Edit Summary mode.
Fixed in V42 beta and V43B.
