i'm looking for the most comprehensive, easy to read design/construction publication available concerning seismic retrofitting existing buildings? any recommendations are appreciated.

also try fema 356 & 357. they easy to read, compared to other code books, and give you the step by step. i don't know if there is a text book yet that follows these, but if there is one, could someone let us all know about it? |
