like the spreads on the upcoming super bowl game, there are many choices. the easiest is to go to a lighting manufacturer's web site and see what they use for a similar condition. wind speeds vary considerably for texas, especially in the coastal regions, and this will have a significant effect on the size of the pole. however, 15 feet is pretty short so the difference may not be that large.
