You can give a perpendicularity on a constructed BF plane . CPCDoff_plane (vector, centroid) = constructed plane { BF[ offset meas points ( centroid ), LSQ ] }
PLN2 =FEAT/PLANE,CARTESIAN,TRIANGLE,NO
THEO/<0,0,-36.04>,<0,0,1>
ACTL/<0,0.078,-35.971>,<-0.0037584,-0.0032181,0.9999878>

This is working as designed for CPCDoff_plane. I am not sure if this is ER.
[8:31:46 PM] XXX says: Perpendicularity needs measure points to evaluate. This does not work with constructions (except 'BF" and "BFRE") that don't have measure points.
