valid hole wizard database
anybody seen the error in sw when you go to use a countersunk or counterbore hole and had the system tell you "no valid hole wizard standards database found.

had that once last week, just before quitting time. problem has not re-occurred since re-booting the following morning.
i'm only having it on the counter bore and counter sunk holes and it's across all eight machines. worse still, i can't find a single setting where i could point the d@mn$ program to a different, possibly correct, location.

i didn't get as far as selecting a hole type. the hole wizard simply wasn't found but i had the same error message.
have you tried repairing or re-installing sw on one machine (or the server?) and thereby replacing the database. i assume you are all using the same networked database?
we are all using the same networked database, my var sent me a new copy of the holecallout.txt file, but that didn't help.

joe, is this happening with sw2009? do you think there's a conflict having both sw2008 and sw2009 installed on one computer?
