i am having problems with many of my test cad files. i get access violations when svcs.readfile(..) is called.
i am using the borland builder 6 1.10 libraries. are there problems with these libraries or is there a compiler option that is causing it?
some time ago a couple of problems with borland were fixed. try 1.10 maintenance release which is to be posted today, please.

hi,
i've a lot of problems with dwgdirect for borland too.
let's see that maintenance release but i guess it's best for us to leave borland and start using microsoft's products.
not bcoz of dwgdirect but bcoz bcb6 is buggy and unsupported... borland has stopped developing it. grrr...
borland was big, now it's just a microsoft slave.

are there still problems?
the recent update was a huge improvement in stability, but there still seems to be problem with functions like ppoly->getarcsegat( ) and oddbspline->getnurbsdata( ). does anybody else or can anybody else verify that there are still problems with the builder 6 libraries?
