Dear,
I think you want to use MoveCopyBodyFeatureData. You can create coordinate systems, but I don't know of way to edit the global coordinates.

As we talked on the phone, currently there is no direct way to move origin and workaround can be moving body feature or inserting this part into a new part as reference file.
