Which functions of ISldWorks should I use to catch the error when the relative USB dongle is removed? [SR-1-348618481]
Scenery: 1. Software: SolidWorks Office Professional 2006 Solution Partner with an license, an register code and an USB dongle 2. Development tool: VC 7.0 3. I get an error dialog if I remove the relative USB dongle Goal: I need to catch the error information from ISldWorks interface or other Interface when the relative USB dongle is removed. In other words, I need parameters to verify the state of SW_dongle. API Question as follows: Which functions of ISldWorks should I use to catch the error when the relative USB dongle is removed? Hello Yanhua,
I assume you are seeing a message like:
"A problem was encountered accessing the proper security device."
or:
"A problem was encountered accessing the proper security device. The device may be missing or have invalid information. The application will be terminated immediately."
As a result SolidWorks will close down. As part of the shutdown it will unload add-ins.
For my understanding, what is it you would like to achieve ?
