is there a plan to support acdbplant in dd?

since acdbplant was introduced in ac2004 you were the first one who asked about it :-)
what do you expect from acdbplant implementation?
the entity is trivial. it stores position, size, some flags and textures (as .tga file names). autocad uses the textures only in realistic rendering. in all other modes it draws a few lines or faces.
dd loads acdbplants as proxies and renderes their graphic representation. but rendering proxy graphics does not honour "view-aligned" feature since only world graphics is saved to file.

i make an application with dd.
and i implement rendering (ray tracing etc).
if dd supports acdbplant, i will do rendering of it.
i was able to implement acdbplant.

have you implemented it as drx?
dwg and dxf i/o and api seems to be trivial but what about viewportdraw()?
do you use our rendering framework?
